A sort of overnight oatmeal dish.
In it you got; crushed oatmeal, cinnamon, mashed banana, non-diary milk (I'm lactose intolerant), lactose free greek yoghurt and blended sunflower seeds.
It's gonna stay in its container overnight and then I'll eat it tomorrow morning before I head off to work. I'm almost ashamed to admit I feel so accomplished from doing shit like this /slaps self.
No, it's not poop. I managed to make my own energybars that I can grab before heading to the gym.
Containing; Dates, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, non-dairy milk, salt and some almonds.
I just blended them all until it became a sticky mess and made them into bars, wrapped them in tin foil and put them in the freezer.
