On a side note; WHY ARE THERE ALWAYS LAZY!ASS BASTARDS HOGGING THE THREADMILLS WHEN I JUST WANNA GET MY RUN OUT OF THE WAY!??!??!!?! Every single time I wanna be healthy and run they feel the need to lazy walk and talk for a fcking hour. MOVE IT OR LOOSE IT PPL.
There should be threadmills for people who want to walk and for those who want to run. Usually we who run don't use the threadmills for a very long time ...unlike some of the walking people who can hog them for an hour x___X
That makes me wanna throw them out the window and into the ocean. (My gym is just by the ocean. When I run I watch the waves :D).
Yes. I know that I'm impatient, but it's not like I enjoy spending a lot of time at the gym. Mostly it's just something that I have to get out of the way.
