Egon Schiele, alive?
I got up again hiddiously late so it was get dressed and run out. Soon realized much to the comments of some little kid admiring my hat. I did indeed look like a refugee. Or Russian XD
Anyway, yesterday I was feeling pretty trashy about the Art work I've been producing up till now. It may have been that I've been spending all my art periods (aswell as frees) in the art sixth form room rather than the class with everyone else. I need that 'Lets work!' atmosphere to produce worth while work..
However after, watching Everything is Illuminated I think things are going to turn around XD I don't know why but know I seem to have a direction which is fucking brilliant!! I've never looking into David Hockney, brief flick throughs in the town library but nothing weighty. He's always been an artist that seems to be so over exploited by all the preppy art kids (along with Egon Schiele, I hate to say, I wish they'd leave him alone. They do all this Egon styled art and get nothing from it. It's all in the hope they make other people think 'Ooh my, how different and contriversial and out there this art is!' They add nothing new to the art. ;_;)
Oh my, o_O I was just now looking for a picture to put up here by Schiele and came across
that.
Not exactly what I meant about doing something different but its certainly a way of presenting something in a new way. Creepy or not? (I prefer the painting XD)
Anyway, work tomorrow, Jenny's still ill with the Chicken Pox so it'll be another quite day. :D I just remembered, I can pick up my photos at lunch! Films from summer right up till now, so as you can imagine, there shall be quite a few to look at :D
