Winnie The Poop Biscuits
A random drunk guest at the recent Housewarming Party arrived bearing gift - a Winnie The Pooh tin with biscuits inside. Mavis, in need of something to go with her tea, was offered a sample of the Disney-proffered delights. Turns out - and this is so friggin Taiwanese - they're bacon-flavoured savoury crackers with strawberry icing inside. Now that's one combination only the Taiwanese could get away with. But, hey, the tin's ultra cool! And it's pink, which makes it all the more awesome.
Besides, turns out that bacon and strawberry isn't too bad a combo. I don't imagine Martha Stewart is gonna come out with a range of 'bacon 'n strawberry scented wardrobe liners', or that the folks at Unilever will be marketing 'bacon & strawberry' toilet fresheners, but somehow, in a very very Taiwanese way, it just works.
On the other hand, compared to chicken feet, anything works...
