Stolen from Amy.

Statements that are true are in bold.

I want writing to be my primary source of income.
I want to be a prolific writer.
I write every day.
I want people to read my work in years to come.
I want my writing to be critically acclaimed.
I want to be published regularly.
I want to finish my novel(s). I may just be too lazy...
I want to touch people with my writing.
I would like to see them make a movie with my work. Only if I got a say in the soundtrack.
I would like to win an award (Hugo, Nebula, etc)
I would like a huge fan base.
I don't mind if people use my characters for slash/fanfic.
I want to do book tours, lecture or teach about writing.
I want to write the type of stuff I like to read.
I want to write the type of stuff I don't currently see in print.
I write to please myself foremost.
I want to help redefine a genre.
I want to see my work in print, on the bookshelves.
I see myself published in a print media in 5 years. I actually see myself published in print media in a month.
Publishing is not the goal of my writing.
I want my writing to count for something.
I would be happy to finish a novel even if it never sees print.
I have clearly defined goals to accomplish with my work.
I always challenge and redefine my writing.
I am writing my best work now.
I am content to see my work only on the web(in e-format).
I want to be well paid for my writing.
I want to be paid a fair and respectful amount for my writing.
I want my writing to be popular within the genre.
It is important that people understand my work. This has actually never really been a problem. In fact, good reception by readers is the one thing I've been able to count on. But sadly, it doesn't really count for much.
I have a statement to say in everything I write.
I write for fun.
I take my writing very seriously.
Writing is an obsession.
Writing is one of my obsessions.
I do not see writing as a personal obsession.
Writing is just one aspect of me.
Writing helps define me as a person.
I use writing to communicate my vision.
I believe in the concept of a MUSE.
I sometimes get "Writers Block".
I do not believe in "Writers Block" or the concept of a "Muse".
Many other writers frustrate me. It would be more accurate to say that many other wannabe writers frustrate me. Especially poets. Blech.
