Cookie Dough and Kiddie Fun
So my mother and I are hosting a sleepover tonight, the first in maybe ten years. I have prepared peanut butter cookie dough, waiting to be sprinkled and decorated, and a fun-filled Disney CD. Obviously, this sleepover is for a one and three year old; they're having some issues at home right now so a sleepover might be a fun getaway for them. Their parents are in the middle of a very messy divorce, and they seem to be struggling with that, quite naturally. So if you should think of me tonight, know that I will probably have red sprinkles all over me and may not sleep due to all the sugar I will have ingested over the course of the evening. But it will be fun. Of that I am certain.
