1. Crop your base. (duplicate and screen if necessary. it wasn't for these icons.)
2. Sharpen your base. (if its too sharp, fade it.)
3. New Adjustment Layer- Hue/Saturation:
Master: 28
Reds: 15
Yellows: 17
Greens: 24
Cyans: 20
Blues: 18
Magentas: 11
4. New Adjustment Layer- Color Balance
Midtones: -49, -26, 30
Shadows: 19, -11, -23
Highlights:-8, 12, 15
5. New Fill Layer- f5d8e9- set on soft light, 40%.
6. Merge all the layers.
