This is not translatable to PSP, due to selective coloring

1. Crop your base. (Duplicate and screen if your image is dark)
2. Add a new Hue/Saturation Layer:
Master- 22
Red- 7
Yellow- 8
Green- 5
Cyan- 6
Blue- 8
Magenta- 6
3. Add a Curves Layer
Red- 112,109; 146, 168.
Green- 81, 93; 141, 158.
Blue- 114,174.
4. Add a selective coloring layer
Red: -100, 9, 44,-22
Yellow: -100, 13, -5, 13
Cyan: 100, -100, -100, 100
Blue- 100, 100, -100, 100
White- 70, 15, -6, -6
Neutrals: 30, 9, -18, 7
5. New Fill Layer- 3ee3ed- color burn
6. New Fill Layer- ffcfcf- color burn
7. Add another selective coloring layer
Red: 4, -3, 33, -7
Yellow: -46, -5, -100, -5
Cyan: 100, -3, -100, -5
Blue: 100, 0, -100, 0
Neutrals: 59, -1, -26, 7
8. Merge all.
