My dogs have some jealousy issues too. I think the best thing to do is:

1. Don't accidentally reinforce it-- that is, when she is getting jealous, don't then give her attention. It's easy to give them attention then because it feels like they want love and you then want to give them love. But instead wait until she is acting calm to give her the attention.

2. If you do a corrective thing when she otherwise misbehaves, you might do it when she is acting jealous/obnoxious too. For instance, I'll say my dog's name in a stern voice, or make him sit and calm down.

You have to be really consistent to make this a miracle cure but I think it definitely helps.

I'm a BIG fan of the water bottle. It's completely harmless and really gets the message across. My pug is particular anti-water, so it is very effective.

Well of course she's like that. Look at her. She's perfect. And the sooner you relize that the better.

LOL, little brats. Gotta love them. Mine didn't go to your girls extreme, but she did uh... Ride my little boy all over the house. O_o Poor guy never recovered. I think he grew to like it.

Oh, what a darling little cutie.

My dogs have the jealousy thing all the time... especially Bridget and Emma. Usually if we pet one of the girls (or Rocky), the other one -mostly Bridget- will try to horn in for attention. There's really nothing you can do about it, sadly, but I second the 'NO!'/water spray bottle idea if she starts to physically hurt Hooie.

Though FWIW, I'd keep them separate on a few occasions. Not all the time, but give Hooie enough leeway to eat treats, play with toys, ect. all and likewise for Tia. I've done that with my dogs and they do that quite well (especially Bridget with her eating food. She's a slow/picky eater, so we have to gate off Emma and Rocky from eating her food when they're done). But your mileage may vary.

She's trying to be alpha pug but YOU need to be alpha pug and put a kabosh on her bratty behavior. She does not rule the house, You do.
