Sold!
I am pleased to be able to post that John and I now collectively have only one mortgage. Although we discovered that there was had a slight issue with the furnace when we were doing the final move out on Sunday, it got resolved pretty easily by Ryan's Plumbing & Heating this morning and the closing went smoothly. So the condo is sold!
It was nice to see some of you while we were in the Twin Cities. Thanks again to Milligan and Elena for inviting us over for dinner.
