I meant to get around to this sooner, but I was too busy checking this week's issue of the Herald three times to ensure that it wasn't filled with lies.
Okay, hi. Lavender, Parvati. I don't know how you two keep sneaking the falsities in that gossip column past Mayzie and I, but it had better stop. I realize that we can't put ourselves above the rest of the population and say that you can't put gossip about us in it, but you're taking it too far. You should ask first.
Because (a) Mayzie and I are not lesbian life partners, nor do we have threesomes with Roland, and (b) who cares if we are lesbians? We're NOT, but if we were, who cares? That's not even gossip worth printing! The threesome thing would be, if it were true, which it is not, but really. I'm getting tired of this! You're giving The Hogwarts Herald a bad name with all the slander that you put in there! It's one thing to be controversial, but you're taking it entirely too far. You're taking gossip and changing it to suit your needs. Not acceptable! I'm so angry.
Once again, Roland, Mayzie and I are not an item.
Now that that's out.
I don't feel much better.
It's hard.
I didn't like reading about Michae- him and I. It's just. At least they haven't gotten hold of that information. I'm so. Roland and Mayzie are helping. I feel a little better. But. Whenever I see him in class, or the hallway. I can't even look at him. I want to cry every time I see him again. I just go back.
Why can't it be the way it was? Why do I still lo
Why do I still want him? It shouldn't be this way. I should want Roland again, or something. Roland's being so great. He's a good friend. He could stand to lay off of threatening Michael with death at every turn, but - And Mayzie's so wonderful too. I have them. I love them. I shouldn't be feeling this way, so... empty.
So why am I? Why can't I just forget about him? I feel like such a cliche.
