today has, surprisingly, been one of the first 100% good days I've had in a long while. Maybe it's the joy of having a new life in your hands that does it (especially since she wasn't all over-tired and upset like the first time I met her) or maybe it was that somehow a turning point was reached. part of me wishes it was both, actually.
have a lot to look forward to, actually. hopefully that keeps up.
