01. The first character I fell in love with: Sebastian. I am fairly certain you recall this, as you were there at the time. He looks good in a suit and he cooks and he eats souls. I don't want much more from a man than that.
02. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: You know? Elizabeth. She grated in the first few chapters of the manga I read, but by the doll arc of the anime, I found her genuinely sweet, and I like the relationship she has with Ciel. They're cute, and they're fond of each other in a kid kind of way, and -- she's just a normal girl, you know?
05. The character I would shag anytime: Do I even need to say it. I mean really. DEMON IN A TAILCOAT.
07. The character I'd slap: My initial impulse is to say Grell, but I suspect it wouldn't do either of us much good. Probably Meena, because ugh.

01. The first character I fell in love with: America. The first strip I read was Cleaning Out the Storage. Yeah. Also, America-the-character actually makes me like my country, and I can't remember the last time that happened before I stumbled across Hetalia.
02. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Lithuania! Heck, I didn't even know I'd be writing him until Apostle's Creed, when he reminded me that yes, he has a spine, and yes, he has convictions and faith and so much goodness in him. Oh, Liet.
05. The character I would shag anytime: Much as I want to molest my country sometimes what, I suspect I'd probably go after Hungary first.

02. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Roland. Was a bit "bitch where is my Heat" when I started DDS2, but then hello self-deprecating genre-savvy alcoholic writer! You are relevant to my interests.
05. The character I would shag anytime: Argilla. Or Jinana. Or both. I like the idea of both.
07. The character I'd slap: Bat, and can we upgrade this to "run through a meat grinder," please? Hits exact wrong character buttons for me.

01. The first character I fell in love with: Hermione. I read the first book when I was ten or eleven, and I was the bushy-brown-haired insecure know-it-all.
02. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Dumbledore. I liked him but paid little attention to him before book six, got more intrigued by him during HBP, and his deconstruction during DH was easily my favorite part of that book.
05. The character I would shag anytime: Honestly, I don't know. Sirius is smokin' but I suspect he'd get on my nerves, I love Remus Lupin to death but I don't know if I'd want to invest all the effort it would take to lure him into bed, and -- actually, I'd totally bang Luna. Or Neville. Once they were of age, of course.
07. The character I'd slap: This is a very long list. Dumbledore's up there, much as I appreciate him now, as is Draco Malfoy.

There's a fic out there with Book Seven told from Neville's point of view? That sounds wonderful. I'd always loved Neville but book 7 really increased that love haha

yes, its on ff.net and its called Dumbledore's Army and the Year of Darkness. it's tightly plotted, well written with attention paid to characters mostly ignored by jkr, and all around AMAZING. it made me a huge neville fan too.

um, yeah. i completely fangirl that fic and rec it to everyone i know. seeing it mentioned here made me happy so i had to comment. people who want background on the seventh book or just like well written, novel length fics should read it. it is a little bit intense though, i'll tell you that. that author doesn't mind violence or character death quite as much jkr did.

02. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Eve, probably -- didn't make much of an impression in the first few episodes, but her determination and faith really won me over in the end. So brave!
05. The character I would shag anytime: Aw, do I have to pick one? Claire. Acrobat + crazy beautiful certainty = hmmmyeah.
