Sweet, huh? Well, the acrid tang of copper coming off the guy's strong enough to sear America's nose; he fumbles around in his pocket for a handkerchief, something to breathe through, something to be sick into if he needs to. But no, even when he sees the scraps of hair and scalp clinging to the young man's shoes his stomach doesn't recoil that way. The young man smiles, and it's so bright against the red. "You have lots of names too, don't you?"
"Yeah," America manages, and repeats it to steady himself. "Yeah. I do. What's yours?"
"Right now? I'm Vino." He lifts his hat, and America hears blood drip to the ground. "Don't worry, you're going to be seeing a lot more of me."
