Wow, it's been ages since I've played any sort of writing game in my journal. I remember when I used to do them all the time! I admittedly had less people reading my journal then, but. This one should be both doable and fun, though.

Talking isn't working, so Alfred flicks a pen cap Kiku's way instead -- it bounces off his arm and creases his perfect white shirt the wrong way, and Alfred almost gets Kiku to whip his head around and glare except he's talking to a customer and he's got too much dignity, but Alfred can see his teeth strain when he smiles.

"What?" Kiku asks him when the customer's left, all calm again. He straightens his lapel pin, and Alfred looks down and sees that his is crooked again. Whoops.

"So are we still calling them frequent flyer miles? Because everyone calls them frequent flyer miles. I'm thinking we need a new name, you know?" He rubs his hands together. "Something exciting. Something like -- I dunno, perpetual plane points? Yeah. You with me?"

Kiku sighs.
