As said and stated before, I am very busy studying. Well, I'm supposed to. I am going to put the finishing touches on my Dad's birthday gift before officially handing it over to him at 12 midnight(3 more hours). Tomorrow morning, my Mom is going to get a Haagen Dazs Ice Cream Cake for my Dad. Other than that, life has been pretty boring. When Eunice started to almost cry, Kimberly took pity on her and GAVE BACK THE BLACKMAIL MATERIAL. Good news is that Katherine got them back. Hooray for Katty. I think I will study Law when I grow up. Better buck up on the Chinese to get into Junior College and then to a Law School for College. Or perhaps I shall study in Canada, a land where Mandarin is never heard of. Aah, what a wonderful place. Re-did my nails yesterday and made myself two cups of tea, Orange-Mango and Blackcurrant in church, which I ended up throwing away. It went like this:
Becky* was getting Blackcurrant tea and I wanted to get some tea too, so I asked her what they had. When she opened the Tea Drawer, the first tea bag I saw was Orange-flavoured. So I went "FWEE! Orange!" and snatched it up. Then she told me there was Mango Tea-Bags, so I went "FWEE! Mango!" and snatched THAT up. Then I got a styrofoam cup and dumped in 1 bag of sugar and the two tea-bags. I filled it with hot water half way and started mixing it with with a stirrer. After tasting it, I spat it out and added ANOTHER bag of sugar. Then Becky got me two bags of sugar and I dumped that in too. Then I went to fill my cup as it was only half-full, and Danielle told me to put in warm water so it wouldn't be too hot. So I did. It tasted okay, but STILL not very sweet, even with the FOUR bags of sugar in it. Then I caught a whiff of Becky's Blackcurrant Tea and it smelt surprisingly sweet. So I rushed to get a Blackcurrant Tea-Bag only to find that Melissa** had taken the LAST BLACKCURRANT TEA-BAG!!! So I dumped in four bags of sugar and took Becky's used Blackcurrant Tea-Bag and snatched Melissa's and made Blackcurrant Tea. It was pretty much as bitter as the Orange-Mango Tea, so I just left them on the table. Then I went to the playground fence and yanked out two of the fencings that the other church people had nailed back, and went in. Then my Mom arrived from her work and I had to get out before she saw me, so I did. And then I grabbed the Orange-Mango Tea and offered it to her, but she was late for the service, so I gleefully poured it into the dustbin. I think I left the cup of Blackcurrant Tea on the table. And just Thursday night, I tasted Japanese tea. And a few years back, Earl Grey Tea. The best so far would have been today's Blackcurrant Tea. But I think I'll stick to drinking Hot Water and Lemon and take my tonics. How healthy and quaint.
Then, after the service, the congregation surprised us by buying my Dad(the Vicar) a Chocolate Cake! Wow! I didn't know they knew it was his birthday tomorrow! Melissa ate all the strawberries on it, and I devoured all the chocolate coating. And I wore my new flarey yellow miniskirt today. And ate at my Mom's expensive Country Club Diner as my Dad's Birthday(early) Dinner.
Well, it's 9.17pm now, so I shall be going to take a bath.
Over and Out,
Bethany
