an update...

Running Club night...

I worked hard and pushed myself tonight :D

and I did about 8k (5 miles) over the course of the session (about 1 hour)

did a wee aerobics session the other night and I am keeping up the walking - even in the rain

:D

and I have been good all week eating loads of fruit(as usual) and fish and vegtables and bran flakes and crispbreads mmm

only gave in to chocolate a few times ...and thats not bad you have to allow yourself some and as long as I keep up the healthy stuff I think it is ok

How you guys doing???
