The last warrior practice, thankfully, I was getting a little bored of it. I am looking forward to doing the next practice. The twistyness of Half Lord of the Fishes felt very good. Twists are very good for you. Kitty joined in with yoga which was very amusing, but I need to pay more attention as I almost landed on him coming out of half shoulder stand. Savasana was greatly improved with a purring kitty lying on my chest.
