Yoga in Italy
I had a holiday in Italy. Did i mention it. Probably not knowing me. I went to Caspiera in Sabina for a week with Angela on a Sunflower retreat. It was a great yoga holiday and a beautiful place. The yoga teacher was Iyengar trained and the practice was very precise and strong. Holiday ended a little stressfully when A's heart went into atrial flutter, but that is all in the past now. So here are a couple of shots. I never take photos, these were taken by Julie and Liz a couple of very nice people that we met while we were there.
