So today I spent a lot longer in poses exploring re-arranging my fluid body and making space.  Still not making itself very clear to me.

Janu Siransana (20 breaths) Head to Knee pose
Baddha Konasana (20 breaths) Cobbler
Aghistambhasana (5 breaths) Fire Log pose
Upavistha Konasna (5 breaths) Wide angled seated forward bend variation
Paschimottanasna (20 breaths) Seated forward bend
Savasana

there were no chanting moments of clarity of thought, a brief glimpse of Tony smiling!
