Dhanurasan (Bow pose)



Keep the tailbone and lower back long
Lift the legs up
Lengthen the thigh bones away from the hip joints
Press the pubic bone into the floor
Lif the chest up

Don't Drop the head back, lengthen the neck

Do stretch feet away from buttocks

Strengthens back, buttocks and legs
Opens the upper chest, throat, and front of shoulders
Stimulates kidneys and adrenals
Energises body and mind

Pregnancy
Serious lower back, shoulder, knee, or neck injury
High blood pressure
