what would you think of obama and gore running TOGETHER for 08?

So Gore would be vice president again? That'd be kind of hilarious. Though he probably misses his glory days of breaking tie votes in the Senate...

yeah, it would be pretty funny to see him as vice again.

but i honestly think that if gore was prez and obama was vice, they would be a very strong all star team...

your thoughts?

He's done some genuinely cool stuff, but Gore's too turgid and I don't think popular enough to run for President again.

i don't know. everyone i talk to LOVES Gore. I think he'd have a huge chance of winning. obama and gore together, I'd be all for it fer sure. what we need is change and i think them together could BRING IT.

This reminds me of a story I heard (and It's coming back to me very vaguely) about someone (I think a reporter from the New York Times) expressing complete shock when Nixon was elected, because "nobody she knew voted for him!

Of course us liberals love gore, and I'm assuming you're from California, so you're certainly going to be talking to a lot more liberals. But sadly, we don't control the entire electoral system, and Gore has already failed to compete. Not everyone loves Gore, a lot of the people in the middle (and of course on the right) have an extreme hatred of him and think he's a namby pamby environmentalist.

this is all true, but i think the pair (barak and gore) may smooth that out a tiny bit.....
