NaNoWriMo
I have signed up for NaNoWriMo in a small fit of insanity. I am traveling to Canberra for a week to be a bridesmaid for my close friends wedding so I am not going to have masses of time, but I am determined to at least start writing my novel.
The NanoWriMo people claim you can write 50,000 works in 12 hours per week, which seems crazy to me. Now Uni has finished for the summer I should have at least that much free time, I just have to make sure I treat it as a priority I guess. Maybe it will be a good excuse not to get too swept up in the meadow versus clover bridesmaid dresses type debates. Not that I dont love the bride, but the tiny details of wedding planning nearly make me homicidal.
