You know, there really is something as too much good luck...

Anyway, I just finished my first final.. even though it's dead week. (Ah. Lab. No more MB303 lab!)
On the menu for this week is:
~ Attending classes
~ Sleep!
~ Review for a total of four finals
~ Statistics extra credit
~ look at the GEM (basically, apartments for students on-campus)
~ Figuring out what I want to do this summer.

Yes. That last one is the biggest problem. Since my mom seems to be losing her job this summer.. (Damn you, lack of funding of the lab!) I don't really want to live in the dorms the coming year, since I don't want to spend my spring break/ Thanksgiving/whatever in the dorms. Looks like either I'll be living at the GEM (which seems likely) or in an apartment off-campus (less likely.)

Now for this summer, I have..
Option A: A possible internship at DowAgro Science R&D Dept... in Indiana. (For money.)
(Uncomfortably independent. *shudder*)
Option B: Working for money at OSU, in a microbiology lab. (On the plus side, I'd start in spring, for credits, and I could be taking classes during the summer, too.) Also, I would most likely dump CH 324 from my spring schedule, since it's a very time-consuming course. And I don't wanna take it! (Eight hours of Chem lab a week? Are they CRAZY?)

Option A? Option B? Will I be kicking myself? Oh yes, regardless of which one I pick. And that, my friends, is called too damn lucky. I didn't think I would be seriously considered for the internship. (And apparently, my Microbiology Prof. recommended me to the person looking for a lab assistant, so I'll feel slightly guilty if I don't try it..)

Anyway. I'm off to relax and avoid thinking about stuff.. and then homework.. and class..
