*Here’s Day 20’s. 21 to follow later.Kurt finally figured out how to enjoy flying on a warm afternoon in mid-May, after only about eight months of Puck insisting it was the best thing in the world. He did it on his own though, thank you very much, without Puck’s prodding, because apparently he just needed a quieter moment

“No thanks,” he replied. “You can go, though. Sam might want a break.”
“You want me to race Santana alone? Na, she’d just kill me when I beat her.”
Kurt raised an eyebrow. “And you think you wouldn’t beat her if I raced with you two?”
“No, I would.” Puck nodded confidently. “But at least she wouldn’t come in last.”
“Wow.”
“True, though.” With that, Puck sighed, slumping down over his broom a little and dipping a foot or two down before he corrected himself. “D’you think we’ll get to fly at all next year?”
All Kurt could offer him was a shrug. “We don’t have lessons…”
“Yeah, but… Can we? Like, maybe we can borrow the brooms sometimes and fly around here. My last school let you check out footballs and stuff when there was someone to watch out for it, after school or whatever.” He frowned. “Maybe not

“No, I’m not running away Puck,” Kurt firmly told his boyfriend. “And I’m not calling the police. I can handle Blaine by myself. The police can’t handle him, he’s a Wendigo and he’d kill them all before they could even get their guns out. I can’t be responsible for anyone else’s deaths

“And who is your handsome date?” Kurt’s boss asked him as they shook hands.
“This is Mark,” Kurt replied, making a show of moving closer to his date. “We’ve been seeing each other for a few months now.”
“And what line of work are you in Mark?” his boss’s attention zeroed in on his date and Kurt held his breath.
“I’m just finishing a business degree,” Mark replied without hesitation. Kurt wondered if it was true.
When his boss had first told him to bring a date to the charity event, Kurt had panicked. Everyone he knew that he could bring, all friends or family, had their own lives and couldn’t drop everything to be his date. If only his boss was more considerate and realized a last minute invitation made it hard to find a date. Blaine had been the one to suggest an escort service and a few hours later, Puck showed up at his door calling himself Mark and ready to impress.

When he took the paper in the hat, he wished for some persons in particular. He didn't want the two divas ( Rachel and Mercedes were just exhausting), or double-face Quinn, or Mike ( the guy was nice but couldn't sing for shit) or Hummel ( they hadn't had a talk since the dumpster's discussion and if he'd got his way it would stay as such). He read the name out loud before registering it
