Good Asian food in Bavaria of all places
Wow just ate at what has to be my favorite restaurant here in Munich, its called Sho-ya and its near the "World Famous" Hofanbrauhous & Hard Rock Cafe. Its what I would call a Japanese fusion Sushi house (they have dishes with Kimchee) and they have LARGE portions of everything. Which normally is fine but getting what amounts to about a1/8 slab of raw fish generally doesn't make me a happy person. But it was good anyway, the rolls were big and filling, and they had such an array of different food. They had deep fried stuffed noodles with minced meat (good stuff) with a spicy sauce. REAL ginger and damn did that stuff have a kick.... wow. When I say real ginger I mean the non pink stuff... the kind that my mom makes ginger beer out of and it was spicy even for me!
Currently in the Hard Rock Cafe cause the sign said free internet with a cocktail.... too bad I didn't know that one cocktail costs 9.85 Euros!!! WTF?! It was a red bull and bacardi... 6 Euros for a friggin Red bull is ridiculus!!!
So, I think I've been here too long, I walked into the Mobile phone store and the guy recognized me. Granted I didn't mind to much since his face totally lit up when he saw me and he's totally cute. I still don't know his name... I guess I should find out maybe I can hang out with him before I leave.
ooo Pink Floyd, Another Brick in the Wall... waiit... that's not Pink Flyod... what kind of fucked up version is this? Man they show some weird as videos here, the other day I saw what can only be summed up as bizarre Abba video from the early 80's maybe with puppets? And I'm not even sure its a video...it might have been a short skit of some kind... it was cool and all but just bizarre and it was on MTV to boot.
So, my friends decided not to go to the lake but didn't tell me until AFTER I had changed into my suit and were on out way down the street. I had to go back and change, and then decided that I didn't really want to go to a beer garden (where Beer only comes in 1 size: 1 Litre) so I brought my suit and towel along with me. I had one "limonade" with my friends and then went to the Olympic Park to go swimming. It was damn hot and I so needed to cool off and since we weren't going to the lake; the pool was going to have to do.
Anyhow, trying to get all my past posts posted before I get kicked out of here. I'll know better next time.
