Like many people who struggle with their weight or just wanting to lose weight, I am also one of those people.  I lose weight and end up gaining it back a few days later.
I recently got engaged to the love of my life and want to lose weight for my photos and wedding.  My reasons for weight loss are for those reasons and also not wanting to buy new clothes.  I want to fit back into my old clothes, so I do not spend it on new ones.  I also had a reality check as I signed my fiance up for a gym membership, I checked my body fat % and it was in the danger zone of 39.9% body fat.  It was a reality check for me to start getting serious again.

My fiance and I do not have the money at the moment to save for the wedding, mostly paying up debt and the house bills until we graduate.  I loved shopping for clothes and cosmetic care, which I realized it was a complete waste of money since I started dating my fiance.  He kept me grounded and made me look past the materialistic stuff.  To keep the shopping temptation away, I unsubscribed all off my shopping stores on my email, kept my temptations away.  Another money saving method was to cancel both our gym membership to save money monthly.  I will workout and eat healthy at home and outdoors.  It is currently winter, so I will think about training to workout outdoor.  Of course I will indulge once in a while, only after thinking about it for a day or two.
