Hello ...
Hello.
I feel a little weird writing this.
And a little embarrassed. I've had Livejournal for quite a while now but never really posted an entry - which kind of defeats the point doesn't it?
I'm sure there are some people whose F'lists I'm on and they can't quite remember how I got there. To new friends - and I hope to make some - nice to meet you.
I'm Rebecca ( or Becky, Bex, Becca, whatever takes your fancy really ), 17, from the UK and I LOVE Doctor Who. ( David Tennant and Billie Piper rock my socks. Been lucky enough to see the latter in a play. ) And Skins. And Ashes to Ashes. ( I love good British telly - so in that aspect and none other I am quite patriotic I suppose. ) And a million other TV shows. Firefly, Pushing Daisies, Veronica Mars and Green Wing among the bunch. I will talk at great length about any. I am admittedly a bit of a nerd. I write fanfic, though that's a learning curve in itself. I read it obsessively.
And as you might have noticed - or will in future - I ramble.
I'm basically posting because I thought I'd actually put this damn thing to use and because every now and then I need to eschew random thoughts and whilst this is as good a depository as any, I thought whilst in the process I might actually be sociable and talk to people.
I don't think I'm really getting to the point. So summarily; hello.

And I hope someone's reading this and I'm taking talking to myself to a whole new level.
