I've been a really bad LJ user lately and not replying to friend's entries at all. I apologise. It took me a while to gather my thoughts after Doctor Who on Saturday ... but I might even be recovered enough to do a reaction post / picspam later this week. Because I want to. :)
I've also been veeerrry busy lately, was away on the weekend, came back on Sunday night and then went out with my good friends May and Julia to see Blondie!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was absolutely amazing. Her voice is still perfect. We danced for the entire gig and almost died of dehydration by the end.
But now I'm seriously behind in homework. I just have squat motivation. Good news is though that I got a job! Finally! And it doesn't start till September.
Haha, oh yeah and yesterday I accidentally hugged a drunk guy in the street. I sorta thought he was someone else. Oops.
And then today me and my friend Ellie watched the US pilot of Life on Mars. I have never seen something so soul-destroying awful and choke-on-your-own vomit disgusting. Not kidding. So we came up with some alternative to names to seperate the UK and US versions in our heads.
Life on Mars: Shite on Mars.
Sam: Sham.
Annie: Fanny.
Gene Hunt: Gene Cunt.
Chris: Obligatory Black Guy. ( OBG for short. )
Seriously! They cut out Chris!!! Oh who cares what they do the show's shit. And all the characters look ridiculously stupid, the actors can't act, the writing is like a dodgy chop and paste job mixed in with cringy cheese and the sets so look so damn fake.
I can't get over it. It's horrible. I want Ashes to Ashes Series 2. But it's not coming out till 2009. Wah.
