After being stuck in farmland AKA Waterloo for almost three weeks, I was dying for some much needed shopping, or as Joey calls it - "work life balance", LOL! *inside joke of being an accountant* Anyways, I did some major damage to my poor wallet in just two days... T_T''. Here is a list of what I got:
From Shoppers:
- Bio-oil, supposing it is good for reducing scar marks from acne, injuries etcetcetc, it was on sale for $9.99 reduced from $19.99 so I decided to give it a try! I hope it works!
- Revlon Matt lipstick in Nude Atittude, the reason why I got this was because a make-up guru on youtube raved about it. Personally I am not too fond of it. It's supposed to this nude lip colour, but instead it makes me look like a sick person.
- Some pill jars for my mineral make-up
- Q-tips, just stocking up
From Banana Republic and Old Navy:
From Thurs to Sunday, BR, GAP and ON are having this Family and Friends sale, where there is 30% off on EVERYTHING in the store. I stopped by BR during lunch time, I saw A TON OF OLs lined up in front of the cashier, *crazy* BR stuff is pretty expensive, even after the discount, so I only got one shirt from the sales sections, haha! I got two t-shirts from Old Navy, and I like them, perfect for summer!
From MAC:
Pink Fish Tinted lip conditioner with SPF 15 - YAY! I finally have something from the overhyped Hello Kitty Collection! This is a nice coral coloured lip gloss that smells yummy. It shows up nicely on my lips, nothing too dramatic, plus it moistrizes.
From the Body Shop:
Tea Tree Oil - nothing special, I've always used this on my breakouts, it works pretty well in reducing the size of the acne. I used up my last bottle. They were having a Buy-two-get-one-free sale, which I didnt take advantage of, I figured I dont need 3 bottles of the Tea Tree Oil, one bottle lasts me a prettty long time.
From Sephora:
Benefit creaseless eyeshadow in Flying down -- OMG, I love this! Its a cream-based pink colour that looks very subtle with my eyes! With my recent experiment with the CS eyeshadow palette, I think pinks/corals/taupe colours look decent on my chinese very monolid eyes.
