Ok, first things first:
Jess has new glasses!
After I picked them up, I went over to my dad's office, since it was right next door and I wanted to show off the pretty.
While I was there, I got to talking with my father's friend Laura, who of course asked me how my class was going and whether I was enjoying it. When I told her that, so far, real estate was actually what I was enjoying the most, she got a very thoughtful look on her face, and told me to come with her. She took me to meet Rhonda, who has been the point person organizing moving a small law firm into the office. Apparently, the firm is trying to staff the new Medford location, and had been making noises about a paralegal.
I have an appointment with one of the partners on Friday morning.
