Another way of saying marketing your book, or advertising your book. So. How do you do this? What will work? I understand most writers have methods, and some of them work. Those methods would be social networks, postcard/business card handouts or mailouts, and of course, the good old fashioned book signing.

I have a new one for you. Well, maybe it isn't new. It's new to me!

Get your readers to start buying by offering something free.

That's right! You heard it here first! What person doesn't like freebies? I mean you can find people lining the streets to get into a place offering something for free. You can find people burning up the phone lines to call for a free offer.




So why not offer your book for free? I don't mean on a regular basis now, I mean a one time shot. Maybe a once a month shot. Your publisher will not lose because you will buy it. You just give it away once it is yours.

So... I am gonna try it.

I want my book back on the bestseller list at RRP, in the mainstream, suspense/mystery category. So... if you want to read Avenging Angel, A Shannon Wallace Mystery, you want it for your electronic reader, or for your ebook collection, or because you are a fan and haven't gone that stretch to download it yet, here is your chance.
