First of all I use Adobe Photoshop CS3 and I am starting with a screencap that I have already adjusted the levels on to make it brighter.

Luminance: 200
Color Intensity: 100

Cyan: -100
Magenta: 0
Yellow: +100
Black: 0
YELLOWS
Cyan: 0
Magenta: 0

Image > Adjustments > Color Balance
MIDTONES
Cyan/Red: -100
Magenta/Green: 0
Yellow/Blue: 0
SHADOWS
Cyan/Red: 0
Magenta/Green: 0
Yellow/Blue: +10
