since about several weeks ago, the ICT officers at my office limit the download rate..
we can download the file that not more than 70mb ONLY..!! dammit..!!
if i use my broadband connection at my house..surely it'll take ages to finish downloading a tv series..

so now...how am suppose to download Natsu Niji..?? VS Arashi..?? Arashi ni Shiyagare..?? and others..???
