No energy. It's too hot, it rains hard every afternoon. I'm taking the maximum dose of betahistine but I'm still having dizzy spells. I've been working hard on my MD dissertation. I haven't written much.











I have written 36,890 of 60,000 words.
I am now 61.48% done!
