Guilty
It's too easy to laugh at a fan who seems to have lost the ability to differenciate between reality and fiction, but... aren't we all fans of fictional characters? Aren't we all more or less guilty of blurring the line that separates these two worlds?
I'm not innocent enough to simply laugh. But once I wrote a ficlet that expresses my feelings better than I can do now: The Double.
That story wasn't written from a detached PoV. No. I wrote it because I am guilty of most of those things "Snape" accuses us. I plead guilty.
