7)Hello, Welcome to hypocrites-r-us. I love how no matter what, its ok for one person to do something, but its not ok for another. For instance, a certain young male CSM on day shift (have you figured out who yet) likes to chit chat with all of his friends who walk in that store, chats with HIS boyfriend (second hint, really you should get it by now) during random times of the day, gets calls all of the time, and so on and on and on has the nerve to yell at the top of his lungs at me that I needed to leave a friend to work. What the hell ever. Get off of it, just cause you have to work until 11 for once, you don't have to be such a bitch about it. Damn! Suck it up and do it like the rest of us have to. I'm pretty sure you're not exempt from any of the rules but hell I have been wrong before.
8)Quit focusing on the negitive so damn much. I mean really, is it that hard to say ok so she's having a bad day. Let's pull her off and give her a chance to vent and then put her back on. Or, hey, how about wow Pam doesn't have any pink slips and is always above IPH, let's TELL her that she is doing a good job. Do you ever hear about the customers who come to my line to get a laugh. Do you hear when customers tell me how sweet I am because I've loaded up her cart. Or the lady who told me that she loved chatting with me. No, and if you ever do, would you bring it to me? No, but you have no problem telling me that you have complaints from other customers, now do you?
Ok, so that all that I can think of right now but I'm sure there will be more later.
