[[Fakir strode through the halls of Mytho's castle, barely paying enough attention to his surroundings to keep track of where he was going in his hurry. He had to tell Mytho about the conversation he'd just overheard between Dr. Drosselmeyer and the Lady Rue, Mytho's betrothed. He'd never liked her, but Mytho had accepted the arrangement, and even seemed to like and trust her.
And what he'd heard had proven that trust to be misplaced. Drosselmeyer had given her an concoction to drug Mytho with, that would sap his will and emotions and turn him into a nearly mindless doll! All so she could rule through him once he married her. He couldn't let her get away with it!
So consumed with the urgency of his mission, he didn't notice immediately when the familiar halls transitioned to... somewhere else. Eventually, he stopped when he came to an entrance hall that definitely shouldn't be there... if he was still in Mytho's castle. As he looked around, the memories started seeping back... Of being stranded in a strange castle, filled with doubles of people he knew, with no way to escape, and the Ahiru from his world being the only truly familiar face.]]

[[Anger rising up within him, he turned and punched the nearest wall. Why did he have to be returned to this place he had forgotten about now of all times?! When he had such an important message to deliver to Mytho!]]

While Sparkir was back home, that world's Mytho and Rue got engaged as part of a plot by Rue's parents to take over the kingdom, aided and abetted by Drosselmeyer. And because I'm mean, I pulled him back in right after finding out something very important. XD;]]
