More faith issues

So I'm trying to figure out if I have any faith anymore. I'm finding it sad that I don't even know if I do or not. It's hard to explain my standpoint. Do I even still believe in God? If I pray are the prayers just empty? I look back and I do realize that a lot of my problems and issues are extremely trivial compared to what's going on in the
