So yeah. Looks like Tom Cruise has started all this crazy,
Katie Holmes not-marrying,
psychiatry hating stuff just to
move up in the ranks of Scientology. It's good to have goals, I guess.
This weekend was fun. Had a god time friday watching Land of the Dead. Nice little zombie flick. It's weird because I can see where all the bad reviews are coming from, as well as the good ones. The movie is fun, and it is what I expected, somewhat. It's really cool how Romero makes you feel sorry for the zombies. They just wanna live their un-dead lives. Leave em alone, people!
Saturday saw a bunch of running around. We started off with lunch at Saltgrass, then went to a couple of apartment complexes along 360 just to see what we could afford, and what we couldn't. After a stop by radio shack for some barrel connectors so I could re-patch my
ipod2car interface (note: the interface itself is super cool, and the best one I have found for the price, it is VW's choice to use an unshielded harness for the cd changer that pisses me off). Got everything all neat and wired, and also managed to mount my sub amp and clean up that install some. Went out to Opal Devine's Penn Field in the evening and met up with MAtt Wikid who was in town helping his parents move.
Sunday was a lot of sitting around and playing guild wars. We made a quick run to Circuit City, then to the new Super WalMart for groceries. Ran to Fuddrucker's for a burger, then spent the rest of the night just hanging out around the house.
Today is a bunch of slowness. Nothing really going on here, seeing how our 4th fiscal quarter just started. This year is going by way too fast. I am still amazed how our first quarter of 2006 will start in November. Freaks me out every time.
