my old house
my mom is leaving the house that the lawson have occupied since 1984. its a big deal. im actually in memphis right now and this is probably the last time ill see the house that i grew up in, my dad died in, had so many memories in, etc. my old room is completely empty. there is nothing in it at all. i wont have a room at the new house either. its going to be weird coming back to memphis. with this trip home it really hit me that. i am completely on my own in life now. i cant run home to mommy if i need a place to live anymore. on one hand its said on the other im glad she is moving on so i guess i need to too. the new house is in collierville. one story (big downsize). its nice looking. i approve.
