i was watching a lovely movie. a monkees movie.
it's called "Head"
and it is awesome.

within the movie it was revealed...
where there is clarity, there is no choice
for it is when we have to chose that we suffer
but why listen to me, for i am a fool and know nothing!

i have learned forgiveness.
i will hold no grudge.
it is a waste of my precious energy.
also, it feels bad.

a sense of justice sometimes demands retribution, but perhaps is an indication that one is taking one's self a bit too seriously.

i think that most people take themselves a bit too seriously.

harm to one who has learned to harm will only teach them more harm. it will validate the precipitating action.

i must catch a bus now.
