If I can convince Rachel to invest in a western saddle or two, and some barrels, im going to start teaching western. I have a western saddle but its sort of antique...one of my mom's horses won it in a championship and im not letting it get used for lessons. so cha...that would be kewl
Kenzie is such an amazing equine creation! lol. she's been SOO good for me lately, we did so much jumping Friday. I drove over to the barn around 1:00 (per usual) and me, Kate and Katie set up some jumps for ourselves for when we rode (which is usually around 6:30ish, depending). Kenzie took ALMOST everything i put her to, which is such an improvement. the roll top to the gate, the 2 stride coups, she took both lines perfectly. she just had a mind of her own when it came to the vertiles on teh outside line lol, but for the most part she responded.
then the three of us took our horses on the trail ride and we saw the deer family that's always around, and we galloped the one section. the ponies were racing us cause we're right next to their field, it was so cute. Kenzie loved it. Diamond and Ricky had fun too. alright time for me to go to work. yay!
