Aaron and I just started our New Year diet today.... and it involves eating until you are disgustingly full. It doesn't really seem like a diet, because you just stuff yourself so full of vegetables and fruit juice that you can't be hungry. I really want cheese though, and it is only day 1. I'm waiting to see how much weight I lose in a week, because the diet actually advises you that if you lose more than 15 POUNDS the first week, you should stop for 2 days. CRAZY! We'll see how it goes.
