and now for something happy
I saw a very good friend of mine tonight, he let me hang at his place for all of those hours I was waiting on my ride. He gave me a very nice, professional picture of him from his teenage years, and on the back he wrote "To Melissa, one of the best friends I have." I didn't see what he wrote on it until just now, and it totally made my night. I am grateful to have many wonderful, REAL friends, and I refuse to be bothered by that other situation. She's not a huge loss to me whatsoever, but I did need to vent. :)
