:hugs: i hear you on the health thing, though mine is slowly getting better with medication--went back on depression meds because all the post-surgery crap screwed me up so bad mentally and emotionally :/

i'm just so done with this year...it seems like the only good thing is Obama's reelection. everything else has been fucked up--my health, yours, your mom's, other people's i know. Zoey (former dept manager's daughter) lost her battle with cancer three weeks ago. just fuck this year. end it and let's move on to 2013 already.

How is 2013 treating you so far? I see we're both going to get hammered tonight by that low pressure front storm swooping down from the Arctic. Weather news estimates you'll get snow and we'll get rain around midnight. Snow level is dropping to 3000 feet.

so-so so far. i'm glad that Congress got off their ass and renewed unemployment benefits for the year. just waiting for them to notify me that my file is reopened so i can continue to get paid.

still looking. helping out at the local no-kill cat rescue is saving my sanity. so many wonderful cats. (and Dawn would unload five or six on me if it weren't for Meru, lol.)

i will have to email you photos of some of the resident kitties since you're not the FB type. :)

I love kitty pics. I love kitties. I miss my kitty. *sigh* I'm still not ready for a new one. My heart feels like it's cracking at the thought.
