You ever seen a grown man naked?
*chuckle*
Mr Graves, it is patently unfair that so many (including myself, alas) will remember you as the pervy Capt. Clarence Oveur in Airplane, as you were a wonderful actor in general.
If it is any salve to your acting pride, at least in my case, please know that your portrayal was so hilarious that it left my entire family with extremely sore sides. My mother actually had to stumble out of the theatre because she was laughing so hard she could scarcely breathe and her stomach ached. It was the very first film she ever declared, "We need to see that again!" as we left the theatre and as soon as it became available on video tape, she bought a copy and proudly brought it home... and she is more than old enough to remember you and all your co-stars (particularly Robert Stack, Lloyd Bridges, and Leslie Nielsen) in your older films.
My mother likes to say that every time you make someone else laugh earns you a thousand years in heaven. In that case, dear Mr Graves, your heavenly presence is most firmly assured.
