Deadmau5 - Album Title Goes Here
Had this one for a while too, I know they do electro/techno music but can never remember any specific songs that they perform. It does really help that they have Boots on the cover of the CD... I already have an instant bias towards it. I might also mention that this has been the longest effing day ever. I just want to shower this Lyclear shit off me in an hours time and curl up into bed and sleep for 12 hours.
1. Superliminal 3.25/5.0
Cool opening track with a steady beat and gradual build. Not spectacular but memorable which is important for an opener. Quite Long and repetitive however.
2. Channel 42 3.25/5.0
Was caught up reading an article and pretty much forgot everything about this song. It was ok and not too long.
3. The Veldt 2.75/5.0
A bit of a yawnfest really. Nothing overly interesting about this one, did it really have to go for 8 minutes?
4. Fn Pig 3.5/5.0
Very long boring intro which suddenly transforms into crunchy bassy goodness.2/5 until 4 mins in then 4/5 from there.
5. Professional Greifers 3.5/5.0
Finally a song with some lyrics and that doesn't go for 8 minutes. It's also good.
6. Maths 3.25/5.0
Sounds quite daft punky. Pretty good, but not enough to make me wanna dance.
7. There Might Be Coffee 3.5/5.0
Good, however I wish it wasn't so damn long..

Another long and drawn out song.

Sounds very much like frou frou, to the point where I am sure that it's her. Doesn't seem to fit with the rest of the album. Good song though.
Overall: 6/10
Not good enough to go out of my way to listen to again. But would happily study along to it, particularly with the long repetitive songs.
Verdict: Keep and place in study folder to perhaps listen to again.
