Personality: From all outward appearances, Raz seems like an average 10-year-old boy. And, you'd be pretty much right. He's friendly, but won't stop himself from playing a playful prank or give a childish taunt, and has a semi-simple view of the world. I mean, one which is less complex them some people out there. He'd help you out if you needed it, even if you'd been cruel to him before. Though this doesn't mean he doesn't make enemies -- oh, no. It's just that it's hard to make enemies with him. Unless you're doing pretty evil things, and even then he'll forgive you if it was the fault of mental problems. (Which is another important part of his character -- he's quite skilled with helping people by entering their minds and beating up/solving their problems, but he's not the best outside of that. What do you expect, I don't feel he understands everything he's seen so far.)
He's quite mentally developed for his age, however. This shows in his powers -- his mind was unable to be proved in the beginning of the game, and that's pretty rare. He's also the sort not to follow orders, most of the time. If you tell him not to go somewhere, you bet he's gonna go there if he wants to, even if he's going over his head. He's overconfident like that. But the opposite occurs -- if you don't listen to him, he's gonna get frustrated with you.
Strengths/Weaknesses:
+ Raz has some really strong psychic powers. Like, they're really really powerful. Not only that, but he's a fast learner as well.
+ Did I mention his friendliness? Because that's really a good strengh, especially for such a young boy.
+ Even without psychic powers, Raz is really acrobatic and fit, due to his upraising.
+ Enthusiam like a 10 year old boy is one of the things that Raz is full of, and is a huge strength. If it's something fun, you bet he's there!
- Raz is deadly afraid of water, due to a gypsy curse which kills his family if they enter water.
- He's also only young, unable to comprehend the things that he's seen.
- Like most 10-year-old boys, he will not enjoy having to work hard, especially for Team Rocket.

Samples
First Person Sample:
[The video clicks on, to Raz (who's slipped on his Team Rocket shirt under his jacket) and Slowpoke. And Slowpoke is glowing -- it's holding the camera in mid-air, it appears.]
Just hold it... hold it... good! Hey there! I'm kinda lost... this isn't where I came from. Did that shock send me out here? [he pondered, looking to his Slowpoke slightly.] I tried following this thing, but it didn't really go far. [He groaned, before looking back to the screen.] I've really gotta get back to that place soon -- everybody at camp's in trouble!
[And suddenly, the gear drops to the ground. Slowpoke could tell somebody was talking about it, even if it was a little slow.]
Third Person Sample: This was not the asylum, or anywhere near to it. That was more than clear to Raz, but he still knew he had to explore the area. After all -- he had to get back, to save everybody. But, that was at the back of his mind at the moment? Why, you may ask. Well, he'd been out in the field for about a week now. And in that time, he'd really seen some odd creatures. The oddest thing, however, is that he couldn't use any of his psychic powers on them. It would have been pretty awesome, if he could have set one of them on fire.
But that didn't seem to matter. The only thing that seemed to matter was how far he'd gone, and how far it was until he could find another campspot. Sadly, Raz had to go a little slow, for his strange pink monster, Slowpoke. It reminded him of one of those old camp-mates... but that didn't mean he wasn't unenthusiastic about it. Not at all, quite the opposite! The two of them were allies -- at least, it had psychic powers. And it seemed to know where the two of them were going, when they got to a fork in the road. And it was that desision that'd made Raz approach his new destination.
And then stop.
You see, Slowpoke had led Raz to the Lake of Rage. Straight to the lake, in fact. As soon as Raz got close to the water, he froze. It was a huge lake -- at least as big as the lake back in the camp. And lakes were bad news. Any second now, one of those hands would reach for him, and pull him under. And then they'd have a huge fight, wih Raz barely surviving. He couldn't let that happen -- it'd ruin his new uniform, and he didn't have his powers anymore. He'd be as good as dead.
Slowpoke, however, didn't notice the hesitance of his trainer. Instead, it had made its' way to the lakeside, and dipped its' tail into the shimmering lake. It looked to Raz, a little confused by his sudden fear. With a yawn, it laid down, ignoring its' trainer.
"Poooke," it yawned, going to sleep. It didn't even notice the small fish that had attached itself to its own tail, pulling slightly. But Raz had.
And he was staring, as the Slowpoke was slowly being tugged underwater.
