I found this application through a friend in FB, it's called Graffiti. It's like an oekaki board on facebook! But with less tools. You only have the palette, brush width and opacity. That's it! I've been playing with it since yesterday. You should try it! The best thing is that you can replay your whole drawing action after your done! Isn't that cool? :D Here, I drew this:
